按照 AM5728的debug手册上的步骤卡在connect target

参照的是 3-4-1-基于CCS使用仿真器连接DSP核心方法说明
3 Linux系统下仿真器连接DSP

返回的消息是
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1180 @ 0x0)
Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 7.0.100.0)
